Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The LinkedIn Monetizer course portal, a Bellringer Productions / Wealth and Impact program operated by Bellringer Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The LinkedIn Monetizer provides program participants access to a course archive — video trainings, written lessons, and downloadable worksheets. Access is granted to enrolled participants by roster; nothing is sold on this site and there is no recurring billing. Features may change over time.

2. Access

Access is tied to the email address you joined the program with, using emailed sign-in links. We may add or remove roster access in accordance with your program enrollment.

3. License to Use Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course videos, lessons, and worksheets for your own use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or otherwise make the materials available to non-participants. This license ends if your access ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share access credentials, scrape or bulk-download the materials, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

5. No Guarantees

We provide education, not guaranteed outcomes. We make no promise of any specific result, income, or level of success.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid for the underlying program in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
